If you’re in DC, I encourage you to check out RescueDishDC this week! More than a dozen restaurants across the city are featuring creative dishes that demonstrate great ways to reduce food waste.
The dishes include a panzanella with broccoli stem pesto from Teaism, a cocktail made with pickle brine, pineapple skins and bar extras from Fancy Radish; a root-to-leaf carrot dish from ANXO Cidery and Pintxos Bar; and a corn cob soup at Equinox. Check out all the dishes on RescueDish.org!
